GLō Best Western Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport Hotel

The breakfast was good, the area was clean, and the presentation was neat and clutter-free. The open style, natural lighting, and decor created a light, relaxed atmosphere, which was a great way to start the day.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE YOUR EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS THE KITCHEN HAD ME VERY UPSET. TO ASK ME IF I HAVE A ROOM ONE MORNING FOR BREAKFAST. LIKE WHY WOULD SHE ASK ME AND MY HUSBAND OUT OF EVERYONE THAT WAS THERE. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ACCOMMODATED FOR A FREE NIGHT.

I and my son stayed at the hotel because our central a/c has been out for over a week. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The personnel, especially the young lady at the front desk, was wonderful. She was a pleasure to deal with. All in all it was enjoyable stay. We still don't have our a/c fixed, so we may be coming back this weekend.

I liked that I was able to be away in solitude. The only thing near was McDonald’s and Dennys. I found the yellow green farmers market three minutes away by cab and wish I knew ahead of time. (Saturday and Sunday only)

We were to stay at Glo for 1 night then board a cruise ship the next morning, however hurricane Nicole shut the cruise port down for an extra day. There was no problem with the hotel to accommodate us for the unexpected extra night. We are very appreciative for that!
